Commercial Type Projects
In
this section of the Gallery we wanted to show some of our work on
commercial type projects. Please
keep in mind these photos demonstrate only a small portion of the
type of projects we have completed.
When looking at the photos try to notice our attention to detail.
Notice that all of the tiles are correctly set in a uniform and
consistent manner of placement.
Notice that the lines on the tile work (or slate) line up in both
the vertical and horizontal directions. Notice that the tiles on the
ridge lines have been properly set and are uniform in appearance.
This attention to detail is a true sign of quality craftsmanship.
Our crews have been trained to take the time required to make sure
all details are properly completed as to the standards of old world
craftsmanship.
This is a large multifamily residence which is one of our specialties. Again, just as with our residential work, every tile line is a straight as possible, every hip and ridge tile in placed in a uniform manner. It is hard to see the detail at this distance.
A closer view of a typical multifamily complex.
As you can see in the photos below, our crew took the time to make sure all lines were straight even on the round accent.
Another close up photo of the same complex. Notice that the tile patterns are in line with no gaps and that all work is uniform and consistent. Especially notice the ridge caps and how consistent of an appearance is obtained.
Photo of one of the many Olive Gardens we have done over the years. Notice that the tile patterns are in line with no gaps and that all work is uniform and consistent. Especially notice the ridge caps and how consistent of an appearance is obtained.
This is a photo of a typical shopping center / mall project; this particular project was for Lowe’s Foods. This project required quite a bit of detail work with the different radiuses and roof ends. Again all of the tile was installed in a uniform manner with all tiles straight in both directions.
A close up of the radius work involved in the project.
These photos are of a concrete tile roofing system over a typical Flying J Travel Center. The roof lines of these structures are fairly simple with the typical hips, valleys and ridges.
Another photo of the Flying J slate roof system. Typical ridges and valleys.
A photo of the Bohemian Hotel in Asheville. This is a completed photo of the project. Notice the uniformity in the tile, even at such a steep slope.
A closer photo of the Bohemian Hotel, as you can see a tremendous amount of detail work was involved on this project.
As you can see the roof line is close to 150 feet in height and our crews incurred no problems with the installation. Throughout the project no damage to the facility occurred and the project went very smoothly.
This is a small office building which has a tile roof system installed. The lower profile on the roof line has increased the amount of ridges and valleys.
